Situated in a tranquil garden the Rose Garden begun its operations in 1983. A lot has changed since then but the value of the generations running it remains untouched: Fresh food prepared with respect. At the Rose Garden food is about the memories, the feelings and the emotions and these should be shared with loved ones. Thus we created a restaurant where tradition meets sophistication and the progression of beautiful ingredients into texture,flavor and harmony is paramount.
Our Chef
Continually inspired by nature Chef Tasos Andriotis is a passionate advocate of the Corfiot gastronomical tradition. Working closely with farmers, fishermen and producers he selects bespoken produce to create a culinary journey for the palate and the senses. The abundance of seasonal local ingredients and his personal memories are reflected in his signature dishes.
Our farm
Our farm grows a variety of selected vegetables, fruit and flowers of exceptional quality exclusively for the Rose Garden. Antony, our farmer, is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of organic food production and preserves the local family-scale farming in Corfu.
